Detailed Product Description

This machine is applied to filter the foreign material and metal from gelled material before it enters the calender machine to ensure the safety of the calender machine. During the extruding process, the material is mixed by the screw to help evenly gel; the material can also be heated and kept warm to stabilize the producing process.

• Patened design of extruding screw to avoid distortion and quiescent load on discharge end in order to prevent decompose of raw-material.
• Gelled material is filtered by honeycomb pannel to avoid pressure is centralized. And it is more convenient and efficiency to clean up by air-pressure.
• When the machine is stopped, the die head can be opened by manually controlled oil pump.
• The gear box is closely sealed; lubricating oil is forced to circulate.
